Mat 18:1 Ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ὥρᾳ προσῆλθον οἱ μαθηταὶ τῷ Ἰησοῦ λέγοντες, Τίς ἄρα μείζων ἐστὶν ἐν τῇ βασιλείᾳ τῶν οὐρανῶν
1 At the same time came the disciples to Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? |
Mat 18:1 in that hour came the disciples to Jesus saying Who is the greatest in the kingdom of the heavens |

Mat 18:2 καὶ προσκαλεσάμενος ὁ Ἰησοῦς παιδίον ἔστησεν αὐτὸ ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῶν
2 And Jesus called a little child to him, and set him in the midst of them, |

Mat 18:3 καὶ εἶπεν Ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν ἐὰν μὴ στραφῆτε καὶ γένησθε ὡς τὰ παιδία οὐ μὴ εἰσέλθητε εἰς τὴν βασιλείαν τῶν οὐρανῶν
3 And said, Verily I say to you, Except you be converted, and become as little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. |
Mat 18:3 and he said amen I am saying to you you should be turned not and should becoming as children you should be entering into not the kingdom of the heavens |

Mat 18:4 ὅστις οὖν ταπεινώσῃ ἑαυτὸν ὡς τὸ παιδίον τοῦτο οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ μείζων ἐν τῇ βασιλείᾳ τῶν οὐρανῶν
4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. |

5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receives me. |

Mat 18:6 Ὃς δ' ἂν σκανδαλίσῃ ἕνα τῶν μικρῶν τούτων τῶν πιστευόντων εἰς ἐμέ συμφέρει αὐτῷ ἵνα κρεμασθῇ μύλος ὀνικὸς ἐπὶ τὸν τράχηλον αὐτοῦ καὶ καταποντισθῇ ἐν τῷ πελάγει τῆς θαλάσσης
6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and |
Mat 18:6 now who ever should be offending one of these little ones believing into me it is expedient for him that an ass's millstone should be hung upon his neck and he should be drowned in the depth of the sea |

Mat 18:7 οὐαὶ τῷ κόσμῳ ἀπὸ τῶν σκανδάλων· ἀνάγκη γάρ ἐστιν ἐλθεῖν τὰ σκάνδαλα πλὴν οὐαὶ τῷ ἀνθρώπῳ ἐκείνῳ δι' οὗ τὸ σκάνδαλον ἔρχεται
7 Woe to the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence comes! |
Mat 18:7 woe to [the] world from the offences for necessity is the offences to be coming nevertheless woe to the man t through whom the offence comes |

Mat 18:8 Εἰ δὲ ἡ χείρ σου ἢ ὁ πούς σου σκανδαλίζει σε ἔκκοψον αὐτὰ καὶ βάλε ἀπὸ σοῦ· καλόν σοι ἐστὶν εἰσελθεῖν εἰς τὴν ζωὴν χωλόν, ἢ κυλλόν, ἢ δύο χεῖρας ἢ δύο πόδας ἔχοντα βληθῆναι εἰς τὸ πῦρ τὸ αἰώνιον
8 Wherefore if your hand or your foot offend you, cut them off, and cast |
Mat 18:8 now if your hand or your foot offends you must cut them and you must be casting from you your it is good for you to be entering into life lame or maimed or having two hands or two feet to be casted into the eternal fire |
Mat 18:8 Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.
Mat 18:9 καὶ εἰ ὁ ὀφθαλμός σου σκανδαλίζει σε ἔξελε αὐτὸν καὶ βάλε ἀπὸ σοῦ· καλόν σοι ἐστὶν μονόφθαλμον εἰς τὴν ζωὴν εἰσελθεῖν ἢ δύο ὀφθαλμοὺς ἔχοντα βληθῆναι εἰς τὴν γέενναν τοῦ πυρός
9 And if thine eye offend you, pluck it out, and cast |
Mat 18:9 and if your the eye offends you you must be plucking out it and you must be casting [it] from of you it is good for you to be entering into life one eyed or having two eyes to be casted into the fire of hell |
Mat 18:9 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.
Mat 18:10 Ὁρᾶτε μὴ καταφρονήσητε ἑνὸς τῶν μικρῶν τούτων· λέγω γὰρ ὑμῖν ὅτι οἱ ἄγγελοι αὐτῶν ἐν οὐρανοῖς διὰ παντὸς βλέπουσιν τὸ πρόσωπον τοῦ πατρός μου τοῦ ἐν οὐρανοῖς
10 Take heed that you despise not one of these little ones; for I say to you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven. |
Mat 18:10 You must be heeding you should be despising not one of these little ones for I am saying to you that in heavens their angels through everything they are seeing the face my father in the heavens |

Mat 18:11 ἦλθεν γὰρ ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου σῶσαι τὸ ἀπολωλός
11 For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost. |

Mat 18:12 Τί ὑμῖν δοκεῖ ἐὰν γένηταί τινι ἀνθρώπῳ ἑκατὸν πρόβατα καὶ πλανηθῇ ἓν ἐξ αὐτῶν οὐχὶ ἀφεῖς τὰ ἐννενήκονταεννέα, ἐπὶ τὰ ὄρη πορευθεὶς ζητεῖ τὸ πλανώμενον
12 How think you? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goes into the mountains, and seeks that which is gone astray? |
Mat 18:12 what are thinking you if ever some man should be moving a hundred sheep and one of them shall be deceived leaving not the ninety nine goes upon the mountains seeking the one being decieved |
Mat 18:12 How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?
Mat 18:13 καὶ ἐὰν γένηται εὑρεῖν αὐτό ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν ὅτι χαίρει ἐπ' αὐτῷ μᾶλλον ἢ ἐπὶ τοῖς ἐννενηκονταεννέα τοῖς μὴ πεπλανημένοις
13 And if so be that he find it, verily I say to you, he rejoices more of that |
Mat 18:13 and if ever he should be moved to be finding it amen I am saying to you that he rejoices more upon it or upon the ninety nine the ones being strayed not |
Mat 18:13 And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.
Mat 18:14 οὕτως οὐκ ἔστιν θέλημα ἔμπροσθεν τοῦ πατρὸς ὑμῶν τοῦ ἐν οὐρανοῖς ἵνα ἀπόληται εἲς τῶν μικρῶν τούτων
14 Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish. |
Mat 18:14 Thus it is not the will in the sight of your Father in the heavens that one of these little ones should be destroyed |

Mat 18:15 Ἐὰν δὲ ἁμαρτήσῃ εἰς σὲ ὁ ἀδελφός σου ὕπαγε καὶ ἔλεγξον αὐτὸν μεταξὺ σοῦ καὶ αὐτοῦ μόνου ἐάν σου ἀκούσῃ ἐκέρδησας τὸν ἀδελφόν σου·
15 Moreover if your brother shall trespass against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone: if he shall hear you, you hast gained your brother. |
Mat 18:15 now if ever your brother should be sinning into you you must be going and you must rebuke him between you and him only if ever he should be hearing you you gain your brother |

Mat 18:16 ἐὰν δὲ μὴ ἀκούσῃ παράλαβε μετὰ σοῦ ἔτι ἕνα ἢ δύο ἵνα ἐπὶ στόματος δύο μαρτύρων ἢ τριῶν σταθῇ πᾶν ῥῆμα·
16 But if he will not hear |
Mat 18:16 if ever now not he should be hearing you must be taking with you one or two yet so that upon a mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall stand |
Mat 18:16 But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.
Mat 18:17 ἐὰν δὲ παρακούσῃ αὐτῶν εἰπὲ τῇ ἐκκλησίᾳ· ἐὰν δὲ καὶ τῆς ἐκκλησίας παρακούσῃ ἔστω σοι ὥσπερ ὁ ἐθνικὸς καὶ ὁ τελώνης
17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell |
Mat 18:17 now if ever he should neglect to hear them you must be saying a church now and if ever he should neglect to hear the church he must be to you even as the heathen and the publican |
Mat 18:17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.
Mat 18:18 Ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν· ὅσα ἐὰν δήσητε ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ἔσται δεδεμένα ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ καὶ ὅσα ἐὰν λύσητε ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ἔσται λελυμένα ἐν τῷ οὐρανῷ
18 Verily I say to you, Whatsoever you shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever you shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. |
Mat 18:18 amen I am saying to you as many as you should be binding upon the earth it shall be bound in the heaven and as many as you shall be loosing upon the earth it shall be loosed in the heaven |
Mat 18:18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Mat 18:19 Πάλιν λέγω ὑμῖν ὅτι ἐὰν δύο ὑμῶν συμφωνήσωσιν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς περὶ παντὸς πράγματος οὗ ἐὰν αἰτήσωνται γενήσεται αὐτοῖς παρὰ τοῦ πατρός μου τοῦ ἐν οὐρανοῖς
19 Again I say to you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. |
Mat 18:19 Again I am saying to you that if ever two of you shall be agreeing upon earth concerning every thing which they should be asking it shall be coming to them beside my Father in the heavens |

20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. |

21 Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? |
Mat 18:21 Then Peter on coming to him he said Lord how often my the brother shall be sinning into me and I shall be forgiving/leaving him until seven times |

Mat 18:22 λέγει αὐτῷ ὁ Ἰησοῦς Οὐ λέγω σοι ἕως ἑπτάκις ἀλλ' ἕως ἑβδομηκοντάκις ἑπτά
22 Jesus said to him, I say not to you, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven. |

Mat 18:23 Διὰ τοῦτο ὡμοιώθη ἡ βασιλεία τῶν οὐρανῶν ἀνθρώπῳ βασιλεῖ ὃς ἠθέλησεν συνᾶραι λόγον μετὰ τῶν δούλων αὐτοῦ
23 Therefore is the kingdom of heaven likened to a certain king, which would take account of his servants. |
Mat 18:23 Through this the kingdom of the heavens it was likened to a man a king who wills to reckon a word with his servants |

24 And when he had begun to reckon, one was brought to him, which owed him ten thousand talents. |

25 But for as much as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made. |

26 The servant therefore fell down, and worshipped him, saying, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay you all. |

27 Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt. |

28 But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellow-servants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid hands on him, and took |

30 And he would not: but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay the debt. |

31 So when his fellow-servants saw what was done, they were very sorry, and came and told to their lord all that was done. |

32 Then his lord, after that he had called him, said to him, O you wicked servant, I forgave you all that debt, because you desired me: |

Mat 18:33 οὐκ ἔδει καὶ σὲ ἐλεῆσαι τὸν σύνδουλόν σου ὡς καὶ ἐγώ σὲ ἠλέησα
33 Shouldest not you also have had compassion on your fellow-servant, even as I had pity on you? |
Mat 18:33 must not you have had mercy of your fellow-servant and as I am merciful [to] you |

34 And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due to him. |

35 So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also to you, if you from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses. |
