Mat 9:1 Καὶ ἐμβὰς εἰς τὸ πλοῖον διεπέρασεν καὶ ἦλθεν εἰς τὴν ἰδίαν πόλιν
1 And he entered into a ship, and passed over, and came into his own city. |

Mat 9:2 καὶ ἰδού, προσέφερον αὐτῷ παραλυτικὸν ἐπὶ κλίνης βεβλημένον καὶ ἰδὼν ὁ Ἰησοῦς τὴν πίστιν αὐτῶν εἶπεν τῷ παραλυτικῷ Θάρσει τέκνον ἀφέωνταί σοί αἱ ἁμαρτίαι σου
2 And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said to the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; your sins be forgiven you. |
Mat 9:2 and you must be beholding they brought towards to him one sick of palsy having been laid upon a bed and Jesus on seeing their faith he said to the sick of palsy child you must cheerful your sins have been forgiven for you |

Mat 9:4 καὶ ἰδὼν ὁ Ἰησοῦς τὰς ἐνθυμήσεις αὐτῶν εἶπεν ἵνα τί ὑμεῖς ἐνθυμεῖσθε πονηρὰ ἐν ταῖς καρδίαις ὑμῶν
4 And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think you evil in your hearts? |

Mat 9:5 τί γάρ ἐστιν εὐκοπώτερον εἰπεῖν Ἀφέωνταί σοι αἱ ἁμαρτίαι ἢ εἰπεῖν Ἔγειραι καὶ περιπάτει
5 For whether is easier, to say, |
Mat 9:5 for what is easier to be saying the sins have been forgiven for you or to be saying you must be raised and you must be walking |

Mat 9:6 ἵνα δὲ εἰδῆτε ὅτι ἐξουσίαν ἔχει ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ἀφιέναι ἁμαρτίας τότε λέγει τῷ παραλυτικῷ Ἐγερθεὶς ἆρόν σου τὴν κλίνην καὶ ὕπαγε εἰς τὸν οἶκόν σου
6 But that you may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then said he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up your bed, and go to thine house. |
Mat 9:6 now so that you should be seeing that the son of man is having authority upon the earth to forgive sins then he says to the sick of palsy be raised you must take your bed and you must be going into your house |
Mat 9:6 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.

Mat 9:9 Καὶ παράγων ὁ Ἰησοῦς ἐκεῖθεν εἶδεν ἄνθρωπον καθήμενον ἐπὶ τὸ τελώνιον Ματθαῖον λεγόμενον καὶ λέγει αὐτῷ Ἀκολούθει μοι καὶ ἀναστὰς ἠκολούθησεν αὐτῷ
9 And as Jesus passed forth from thence, he saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he said to him, Follow me. And he arose, and followed him. |
Mat 9:9 and Jesus on passing thence knew a man one being called Matthew one sitting upon the receipt of custom and saying to him you must be following me and arising he follows him him |

Mat 9:10 Καὶ ἐγένετο αὐτοῦ ἀνακειμένου ἐν τῇ οἰκίᾳ καὶ ἰδού, πολλοὶ τελῶναι καὶ ἁμαρτωλοὶ ἐλθόντες συνανέκειντο τῷ Ἰησοῦ καὶ τοῖς μαθηταῖς αὐτοῦ
10 And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples. |

Mat 9:12 now Jesus on hearing he said to them they are having the ones being strengthened need no physician howbeit the ones having a sick |

Mat 9:13 πορευθέντες δὲ μάθετε τί ἐστιν Ἔλεον θέλω καὶ οὐ θυσίαν· οὐ γὰρ ἦλθον καλέσαι δικαίους ἀλλ' ἁμαρτωλοὺς εἰς μετάνοιαν
13 But go you and learn what |
Mat 9:13 now be gone you must be learning what is I am willing mercy and not sacrifice for I came not to call righteous ones howbeit sinners into repentance |
Mat 9:13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
Mat 9:14 Τότε προσέρχονται αὐτῷ οἱ μαθηταὶ Ἰωάννου λέγοντες Διατί ἡμεῖς καὶ οἱ Φαρισαῖοι νηστεύομεν πολλά οἱ δὲ μαθηταί σου οὐ νηστεύουσιν
14 Then came to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast oft, but your disciples fast not? |

Mat 9:15 καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς Μὴ δύνανται οἱ υἱοὶ τοῦ νυμφῶνος πενθεῖν ἐφ' ὅσον μετ' αὐτῶν ἐστιν ὁ νυμφίος ἐλεύσονται δὲ ἡμέραι ὅταν ἀπαρθῇ ἀπ' αὐτῶν ὁ νυμφίος καὶ τότε νηστεύσουσιν
15 And Jesus said to them, Can the children of the bride-chamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast. |
Mat 9:15 and Jesus he said to them 0 the sons the of bridechamber are mourning not upon as long as the bridegroom is with them now the days shall be coming when ever the bridegroom shall be taken from from them and then they shall be fasting |
Mat 9:15 And Jesus said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast.
Mat 9:16 οὐδεὶς δὲ ἐπιβάλλει ἐπίβλημα ῥάκους ἀγνάφου ἐπὶ ἱματίῳ παλαιῷ· αἴρει γὰρ τὸ πλήρωμα αὐτοῦ ἀπὸ τοῦ ἱματίου καὶ χεῖρον σχίσμα γίνεται
16 No man puts a piece of new cloth to an old garment, for that which is put in to fill it up takes from the garment, and the rent is made worse. |
Mat 9:16 now no one is laying a piece of new cloth upon old garment for a filling lifts it from the garment and a bad division is coming |

Mat 9:17 οὐδὲ βάλλουσιν οἶνον νέον εἰς ἀσκοὺς παλαιούς· εἰ δὲ μήγε, ῥήγνυνται οἱ ἀσκοί καὶ ὁ οἰνος ἐκχεῖται καὶ οἱ ἀσκοὶ ἀπολοῦνται· ἀλλὰ βάλλουσιν οἶνον νέον εἰς ἀσκοὺς καινούς, καὶ ἀμφότερα συντηροῦνται
17 Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runs out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved. |
Mat 9:17 Neither are they casting new wine into old bottles the bottles are they being broken not and the wine is being shed and the bottles shall be perishing howbeit they are casting new wine into new bottles and both are being preserved |

Mat 9:18 Ταῦτα αὐτοῦ λαλοῦντος αὐτοῖς ἰδού, ἄρχων ἐλθὼν προσεκύνει αὐτῷ λέγων ὅτι Ἡ θυγάτηρ μου ἄρτι ἐτελεύτησεν· ἀλλὰ ἐλθὼν ἐπίθες τὴν χεῖρά σου ἐπ' αὐτήν, καὶ ζήσεται
18 While he spoke these things to them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay your hand upon her, and she shall live. |
Mat 9:18 on speaking these [things] to them you must be beholding one ruler coming to him worhipped saying that my daughter now she dies howbeit on coming you must be laying on your hand upon her and she shall be living |
Mat 9:18 While he spake these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay thy hand upon her, and she shall live.

20 And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind |

21 For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole. |

22 But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; your faith hath made you whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour. |
Mat 9:22 now Jesus on being turned and on seeing her he said daughter you must be cheerful your faith has saved you and the woman was saved from that hour |

23 And when Jesus came into the ruler's house, and saw the minstrels and the people making a noise, |

24 He said to them, Give place: for the maid is not dead, but sleeps. And they laughed him to scorn. |

28 And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus said to them, Believe you that I am able to do this? They said to him, Yea, Lord. |

35 And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. |
